Nepal Cultural Village Trek And Royal Chitwan National Park
Trekking with a difference: This is a wonderful opportunity to join an International group of like minded people on a quest for harmony in mind, body and spirit. Guided by John Christian.
John will lead those who wish to participate in morning and evening meditations as well as simple stretching and breathing exercises.
Traveling on foot is the only way to see much of Nepal, firstly to see the mountains, but also and perhaps more importantly the people and their way of life. This trek offers a unique opportunity to enjoy an area of Nepal not visited by other trekking companies. We trek through the central hills - still 3500m/10000ft high, with magnificent views of the Great Himalaya from Dhaulagiri to Everest.
Trek stages are short to allow time for group and individual meditation. There will be plenty of opportunity's to meet the local villagers and to take photographs. The days will be warm but morning and evening can be cold with frost at night. We provide 3 person sleeping tents for two, dining tent with tables and seats, kitchen and toilet tents. All meals are cooked for you by our experienced cooks.
In Kathmandu
We stay at Mustang Holiday Inn, a family run hotel, centrally placed within 10 mins walk of the old city center, shops and restaurants. There is a small garden and a roof top for meditation.

Royal Chitwan National Park
On the sub tropical Terai, is the home of Tiger and Rhinoceros as well as many smaller mammals and over 400 species of birds. We stay in the park at lodges with shower & WC, dining room a bar and a full programme. An ideal way to relax after trek.
